Tool holder wrenches
I have experience manufacturing prototype parts via CNC Manufacturing (3x-Axis Machining), Manual Lathe and Mill, Waterjet, Wire EDM, Laser Cutting, and Engraving, and various forms of 3D printing.
Speed handle for manual mill vice
Custom fixture for thin layered metal coupons
Lathed standoff parts
Laser cut spice cabinet on pop-out drawer slides
As a project at GTMI I designed a custom fixture for promotional acrylic pieces our team was making. Due to the fragile nature of the parts, a vacuum fixture allowed us to easily secure the part during CNC engraving. The fixture features small holes under the part that feed into a common open volume that can be hooked up to a vacuum pump. The fixture was printed via a Stratasys PolyJet 3D Printer and contained a built in, custom profile o-ring. The printer allows for different materials to be printed together - including the hard plastic of the fixture, and the flexible o-ring.

I'm known for often saying "CAD is my happy place" - because it really is. I love modeling and working within CAD, whatever it may be - Autodesk Inventor, Fusion360, Solidworks, Siemens NX... an endless world of possibilities.

In 9th grade, I aimed to develop a faster 1/20th scale F1 car for the F1 in Schools 2014 World Finals. My previous year in the competition I designed over 100 cars in Solidworks to design a car that earned us 2nd place in the World. For my second World Finals, I aimed to improve on this by utilizing new modeling techniques. I taught myself surface modeling with which I created the main body and side pods for our World Finals car. The design ended up having a dip down in the center of the model and required our team to develop new manufacturing techniques as well in order to create this unique design.
